VILLA AS

The design, designed in Bademli, Bursa, aims to create a building language suitable for both summer and winter use by orienting the south side of the site, which has only one road frontage.

All spaces integrate with the exterior with fully operable sliding windows, while a wall structure parallel to the neighboring lots provides privacy.

Spaces such as parking and technical spaces are planned underground, while a large garden area is left to the south.

The clear and distinct appearance of the mass is emphasized through the materials used on the façade. While the existing trees keep the memory alive, the aim is to touch upon the present day with contemporary materials.
