Actually. It i simportant to not consider and think that BIM is a software. BIM should be considered as the process ofcreating and using digital models for design construction, operations and integration of building projects. Therefore, PEA's strategy framework to desian, build, operate and integrate projects with het ami of optimizing and not olst the transfer of knowledge, upgrade the quality of the result and the efficiency of the project participants.

2. BIM Management

In PGEA. BIM management is centered on the information captured, created, shared and coordinated through the project's life cycle. It is designed to use of BIM beyond the commonly perceived understanding of 3D modelling to information modeling and management.

Generally in our office, the BMI process involves participants from the entire project life cycle (architect, engineer, contractor, own,er facilities management, employer ect). who al contribute and communicate with BMI Manager, owh are asked t oprovide more accurate modeling data.

Focused around information related to the proiect assets asthey conceived. desianed, constructedand operated the BMI management set out the basic component necessary for information delivery. Namely, the delivery process and content, the standards necessary to achieve the goals fo sharing and coordination, the commercial and constructional requirement for information delivery, the technology required ot support hte proces and hte people roles and training requirement for successful delivery.
