REN-KA MAKİNE Başköy Factory and Administrative Building were designed with metalworking production data in mind for the detached industrial parcel. The production building serves a production scenario based on the input of raw materials into the building and the separation of manufactured products. Due to the parcel's location, a second wall on the administrative building's south-facing facade provides solar control. The landscaping in front of the cafeteria aims to provide users with a connection to the greenery during breaks.
