Residential + Commercial Mixed Building Project Proposal

Our proposed project, comprised of residential and commercial units planned on a plot of approximately 45,000 m², aims to bring dynamism to the city's newly developing district. The commercial units, facing the city, allow users to experience units at different elevations while providing privacy to the residential blocks as a sheltered perimeter. The squares belonging to the commercial units open onto the surrounding street and create a social space that facilitates a variety of activities. The residential complex has been diversified to meet current needs and diverse demands. The residential blocks, comprised of 11 blocks and 282 independent units, are enriched with a perspective that blends with the landscape, offering users brand new visual experiences beyond the city's typical apartment building typology, and in some cases, extending the landscape into the common areas within the building.
