C II EVİ

The design, made for two civil engineer brothers in Bursa Özlüce, consists of two similar houses and common-use areas leaning on the eastern and western borders of the steeply sloping plot.

While all rooms and balconies can be transformed into outdoor spaces with fully openable sliding glass, Uludağ to the east and Gölyazı to the west invite theview of the residence.

As the building leans on the slope to the north of the plot, it turns its rear on thestrong northwest wind. The family welcomes their guests from the platform on the upper floor. It is also possible for the users of the house to reach their dwellings from the basement and underground garage located under this platform.The house was designed by calculating the appropriate level with the least interference to the soil.While the places required to operate together, such as the parking lot and the technical space, are planned underground,  a magnificent vista and a large garden from east to west were left to the south for the users and their guests.

The precise and clear stance in the mass is aimed to be highlighted with the material used on the facade. While olive trees and stone keep the memory alive, it is aimed to touch the present with contemporary materials.
