“Başka Bademli” houses are located in Mudanya-Bademli, which is 5 km from the sea in Southern Marmara. It consists of 28 villas in two separate parcels.

The effect of the pandemic on urban life is supported by a strong landscaping for the modern city dweller, who is bored with the city life and crowd, and which he would like to spend his life after; The starting idea of the project is a life proposal that does not go beyond the need.

The geographical location of the parcel, its steep slope, the prevailing wind direction and the direction of the landscape took the leading role in the settlement. The effort was not to lose sight of the landscape and to preserve the individuality of each house. For this purpose, semi-open courtyards were created with an angle of 20º between the two arms of the house. This angle and courtyards helped the design to accommodate the slope of the land, while also oriented towards the strong landscape of the countryside.

The houses, which were intended to integrate with the garden and the landscape, were planned to be built as a window opening to the southern Marmara landscape. While the soft, white, organic plaster texture calmly defines the mass in the landscape surrounded by olive trees; wide sliding pine surfaces promise to remove the borders with the landscape and integrate with the user and the house. It is aimed to create a calm and integrated structure with the landscape by using less materials.
